Extended Day at Palm Valley Academy

Palm Valley Academy runs an in-house Extended Day program that provides a safe, fun, and engaging environment with homework time, daily activities, and outdoor play.

Hours & Pick-Up

Morning: 6:30–8:00 AM
Afternoon: M/T/Th/F 2:55–6:00 PM • Wed 1:55–6:00 PM
Earliest pick-up: 3:30 PM (2:30 PM Wed)
Pick up at the cafeteria stage entrance (up the ramp by the art porch). Photo ID required; only approved contacts may pick up.
Late pick-up: $1/min after 6:00 PM (three excused late pick-ups allowed).

Fees & Payments

Registration fee (non-refundable): $85 (one child) • $150 (two or more)
Pay by cash, check (to Palm Valley Academy), or SchoolPay.
Monthly tuition due: 15th of each month (late fee $25 on the 18th).
Receipts available on request; annual tax statement provided.

Extended Day follows the school calendar; there is no service when school is closed.
